Terms of Use: This is a business street address, not a post office box. The box number must be shown in your address and may be shown as #, No., Box, or Unit. The regular charge for use of this box is USD 14 per month, billed quarterly (USD 42), or annually, with a one-month discount (USD 154). By signing below, I agree this box is for use for business and personal mail of the above-named individuals and companies, all of which are directly related to me. I agree not to offer use of this box to any non-related individuals or companies. I agree to notify AOI of any additions or changes to the list of individuals and companies authorized to receive mail at the address and also to provide any change of my forwarding address and other contact information. I will not permit use of this address for any illegal activities. This address does not serve as a registered agent address in Mississippi or any other state.

We will notify you when mail is received and, when possible, a brief description of what the mail is. You then will have the following options to select from:

1. Hold for further mail to come in.
2. Scan and email and hold for later forwarding.
3. Scan and email and destroy.
4. Scan and email and forward to you now.
5. Forward to you now.
6. Destroy (you can issue a standing request to destroy obvious junk mail).

Forwarding, scanning , emailing , and other charges are as follows: Actual P.O. rate or other forwarding costs by whatever means as indicated by client or determined as the best choice by AOI plus USD 3.00 per dispatch. Scanning and emailing at USD 1.20 for the first page and USD .60 per additional page. Requesting two actions on an item outside the offered options incur a USD 2.00 surcharge. Items requiring Customs form or other special handling incur a USD 3.00 surcharge. Repackaging is charged at cost and USD 18.00/hr., min. USD 6.00. Mail look-ups of previously reported mail will be billed at USD 18.00/hr, min. USD 6.00. Misaddressed items (those lacking a box number or showing an incorrect box number) incur a USD 2.00 charge per item (junk mail excepted). Held mail will be forwarded approximately every 90 days and billed appropriate charges unless forwarding is requested sooner.

By submitting below, I agree to pay all charges when billed. Normally this will be by emailed invoice which can be paid by credit or debit card, including international cards, or direct from most U.S. bank accounts. Box charges are billed approximately 10 - 15 days prior to the box renewal month. Forwarding, scanning, and other charges may be billed with the regular billing or more frequently as warranted by the size of the charges and outstanding balance. We periodically forward and bill any held mail approximately every 90 days. Our standard Billing and Late Fee Policy applies to all payments. If payment is not made within 14 days of billing a late fee is applied to the invoice and Alpha Opportunities International (AOI) has the right, at its option, to suspend service until any outstanding balances are paid, or to close the box. The rates quoted here are subject to change with 15 days written, including emailed, notice at any time. AOI will provide an accounting of any charges by invoice at the time of billing.

Applicant understands that this service is offered by Alpha Opportunities International, Inc. (AOI), in conjunction with an independent third-party service provider and, while both AOI and the third-party service provider will exercise reasonable care and attention to handling of client’s mail, neither AOI nor the third-party service provider assumes any responsibility for any misaddressed, lost, or misplaced mail, nor for any mail that is lost, delayed, or misplaced in transit between the sender and AOI or between AOI and the client. These Terms of Use constitute the full agreement between AOI and myself as client.
